An early start needs coffee and this morning began in Dayton so I headed up to Kettering to camp out, charge electronics, write Yelp reviews and, oh yeah, enjoy some delicious coffee. At 6:30 am, the place was already a little busy but a two-top table was a comfortable set up with an outlet adjacent. I ordered a cortado from the barista and she brought it over to my seat. Perfection. Served in the proper short glass and with a small glass of sparkling water, this is precisely how it's supposed to be. Folks, if you're sick of drinking a coffee-flavored milkshake, switch to a cortado. It's only 2 ounces of steamed (not foamed) milk with two shots of espresso. You will actually taste the coffee because it won't be swamped in a 14 ounce cup of milk! Warehouse is a comfortable space with nice tables for smaller and larger parties plus a nice space outside. Five stars!

Amazing biscuit sandwich!! Delicious biscuit jam and ricotta! Perfect for a relaxing start to the day. Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite, and 1 small town at a time. Explore everything!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would, part of that may be my own bias as disclosed below. Bottom line up front: Prices are what I would consider fair for a coffee shop, the food is a cut above the average though. To sum up another way expect to pay what you would at Starbucks but with coffee made from coffee beans instead of sugar and food made from actual food products. As usual for my reviews I went with my wife and we swapped bites to cover more items in a visit (and different tastes since we order very differently) My wife is the coffee snob of the two of us as my formative coffee years were spent drinking Marine Flight Line Special (patent pending but available hot all night long) I'm more an espresso/drink it in one or two gulps kind of guy where she will nurse one for an hour if the mood takes her which is why she owns a cup warmer that lives on our counter. My wife chose the classic bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and thought it was quite good. I personally found it a bit dry *however* that's normal for me with biscuits, I'm not a biscuit guy and I can tell it was a good biscuit. For her coffee she did the cold brew with caramel and cream and thought it was very well

Tried this place today. It was great! They were very accommodating and would adjust the sweetness if we needed it. The iced lattes were delicious. Also tried some of their bakery items. They were gluten-free and delicious. Will definitely come back!

This place is phenomenal. They take their coffee seriously (and their food). I got a pour over and the biscuits and they were amazing. The combination of sweet and salty and a little tart on the biscuits transported me to heaven. The pourover was perfect you could actually taste the notes - oh and it was only $5. The cappuccino was also phenomenal. Super reasonable prices delicious food excellent ambiance.
